A downloadable game for Windows

Mindy has just turned 10 and her parents have finally allowed her to play the collectable card game she’s been obsessing over: Scrappet Kaiser. But with the annual tournament starting next week, her journey to become the best has hit full speed! With her close circle of friends and a few bucks, can she build a collection good enough to compete with the champ?

In this solo worker-placement board game, you play as Mindy as she plans out how her friends run various errands throughout the week. However, plans will fall apart as unexpected Events ruin your day and reveal that your friends just aren’t that into Scrappet Kaiser like you are! As your collection grows, don’t forget to keep that Ego in check, because your friends will also get tired of getting bossed around…

This is a submission to the Bruised Egos Game Jam.
Character: Ultra Mint

While this has been designed as a board game, there are a few ways to play digitally. The .pcio version can be played on the playingcards.io website. Also, MeBID created the digital version that automates a lot of the rules. Otherwise, there are print-and-play files for download.

If you want to play something closer to the original analog experience, play the .pcio version. If you don't want to worry about learning the rules, try the digital version. If you want to play the actual board game and do mind doing a little printing and crafting, try the print-and-play version.

Install instructions

The rulebook has instructions on how to set up the printable version. You might need to skim a rulebook to completely understand what's happening in the digital version, but you could easily jump in and have a good time. The pcio version should already be set up when loaded, and any differences in gameplay is pointed out on the board.
